"QuickApp" Feature available February 2010

With QuickApp, end-user clients avoid order-entry errors and liabilities by having the applicant complete an online application and electronic release online which populates a background check order ready for processing online. The process includes a disclosure, authorization, digital signature, and finally the entering in of the applicant identifying information.

Advantages of the QuickApp online application process include:

* Your clients can avoid collecting sensitive personal identifiers including DOB.
* Your clients can save time avoiding order entry.
* Your clients can collect applications online.

Is a big hit with companies that have a lot of applications to collect and do not have an Applicant Tracking System interface.

The QuickApp online application process can be initiated in three ways:

Email invitation - Allows your client to initiate orders online by entering only the name and email address of an applicant. Applicants will receive an email invitation with a link to securely complete their application and electronic release online.

Self-service online kiosks - Allows applicant to visit a website and complete their application and electronic release online. Links to QuickApp can be placed on your website and/or your client's website.

XML request - Allows (ATS) Applicant Tracking Systems to request a web page link over our standardized gateway and present it to the applicant to complete their application and electronic release online.

Whichever way your client chooses, there are substantial market opportunities in the Volunteer, Student, Tenant, and Employment screening spaces.
